Youngers- Pick up games

Juggling 15-30 min a day

passing and receiving (against a wall or with a player) at different distances

1v1's and 2v2's (It does not have to be organized)

Three times a week

10 minute warm up

20minute Jog

15 fartleks (Speed training)-Jog the width of the field sprint the length

A variation can be done if a soccer field is available (Sprint across the field into finishing on goal. The rest is 30seconds juggling after every sprint)

-You are aiming for a total of 10-15 x 100yd sprints

If at all possible find pick up games and spend time with the ball (fast footwork and juggling)

Agility and Speed with the ball

Three stations - Full recovery between runs at least 1:3 work to rest ratio

1st station cones (any object can do if cones aren't available) 18" apart into a 10yd sprint 3 reps of 15

2nd station Cones are set 5yds apart into a 10yd sprint 3x 15

3 Cones set up 10yds apart 3 x15 sprints
