Conditioning (Agility, Speed & Shooting Focus)

Conditioning (Agility, Speed & Shooting Focus) 12 minutes

Use both sides of grid on 6 minute rotations.

Coach 1 & 2 are actively involved. Manager collecting and returning balls. Both GK's involved (if possible). 1 GK minimum.

1 x Player at SP2. All others at SP1.

P1 starts - Lateral Jumps through side hurdles and forward jump. Coach 1 throws ball for Jumping Header. P1 Bounding Leaps through Agility Rings and gets around cone. Coach 2 plays short pass to P1. P1 controls/attacking touch with left foot towards Coach 2 and plays short pass through Agility Poles to P2. P1 receives short 1-2 from P2 and must shoot either side of Agility Poles. P1 becomes P2. P2 now sprints to Agility Cones (AC3) and performs Fast Feet Shuffle, then Sprints through Agility Poles (AP4) to AP5. Performs Hurdle Jumps at H6 and recovers back to SP1.

GK's to rotate - Active and Non Active performing Fast Feet Shuffle through opposite Agility Cones.
