Session 1

F1:

1. Right leg hop, land low and hold.

2. Left leg hop, land low and hold.

3. Jog to hurdle, jump over hurdle with right leg and land in hoop, hold.

4. Jog to hurdle, jump over with left leg and land in hoop, hold.

5. Jog, jumping header at mannequin.

6. Receive pass.

7. Dribble slalom.

8. Pass into forward, forward sets, finish.

Rotation = After shoot become forward

Forward to server (sprint to cone and then to server)

Server to start (after ladders and sprint)

F2 Rondo:

3v1

1 or 2 touch

1 minute work (each player defends once)

F3 is same as F1 but set up opposite.

F4 Passing Pairs:

2 touch right foot

2 touch left foot

2 touch one foot to other foot

1 touch right foot

Session 2

F1: Everything 1 touch. Everyone rotates clockwise.

1. Start player passes to player on cone to right as they are checking back.

2. Player 2 passes it back to player 1.

3. Player 1 passes into center forward.

4. Center forward lays ball off to left forward who moves to support behind the ball.

5. Left forward plays a wall pass around mannequin with center forward.

6. Left forward finishes on goal.

F2 Rondo:

4v1

2 touches

1 minute work (each player defends once)

F3 is same as F1 but opposite direction.

F4 Pass follow pass: 4 minutes each direction.

Pass anti clockwise, receive and pass with right foot

Pass clockwise, receive and pass with left foot

F5 Injury Prevention:

Session 3

F1:

1. Jump over hurdles forward, left and back, right and back, forward.

2. Bound over poles.

3. Sprint to mannequin and get touch tight.

4. Sprint to receive ball.

5. Receive ball, give and go aroud mannequin (server move to start line).

6. Dribble at speed to first mannequin, shift ball to get open shot.

7.Shoot.

8.Sprint through gate and join server line.

F2 Rondo:

5v2

1 or 2 touch

1 minute work (each player defends once)

F3 is same as F1 but set up opposite.

F4 Pass follow your pass:

2 Touch one direction, passing outside mannequin

2 Touch other direction, passing outside mannequin

2 Touch first direction, passing inside mannequin

Session 4

F1:

1. Sprint to pole, cut left at pole.

2. Bound over poles.

3. Sprint to pole, cut right at pole.

4. Receive pass from server (server then sprints to ladder, through ladder, and through gate, then jogs to back of start line)

5. Dribble through poles.

6. Give and go pass with forward (forward then sprints through gate and joins back of server line)

7. Shoot on goal (then become forward)

F2 Rondo:

4v2

1 or 2 touches

1 minute of work (each player defends once)

F3 Same as F1 but opposite direction.

F4 Circle quick touches:

2 Touch clockwise (1min 30secs)

1. Bungy NW back, NE back .

2. Knee tuck jump over two hurdles forward.

3. Knee tuck jump over two hurdles lateral.

4. From gate sprint to pole.

5. Sprint to left pole.

6. Shuffle right to pole.

7. Back pedal to pole.

8. Sprint forwar to receive pass.

9. Receive pass for give and go (server then sprints across to pole, cuts at pole then sprints through gate).

10. Dribble through mannequins.

11. Finish on goal (then join server line).

F2 Rondo:

4v2 positional rondo

Session 6

F1:

1. Single leg hop and hold into hoops.

2. Sprint pole slalom.

3. Bound through poles.

4. Receive pass, give and go (server sprints through gate to become aerial server, aerial server move to aerial worker, aerial worker sprints through gate to join start line.

5. Dribble through mannequins.

6. Finish on goal (then join server line).

F2 Rondo:

2v2+1 to targets

Work ball from one end to other for a point

1 or 2 touch

Rotate positions every 2 minutes

F3 is same as F1 but set up opposite.

F4 Passing one end to other:

Red team works ball from one end to other then gives ball to blue team to go opposite way.

Inside players can receive in either near box, partner must move to opposite high box.

Change direction each team plays after 2 minutes.

Change outside and inside players after next 2 minutes.

Change direction each team plays for last 2 minutes.

F5 Injury Prevention:

Hamstring work (10 reps 3sets)

Session 7

F1:

1. Lateral two feet high knees right, left, right, left.

2. Single leg sprint through hurdles.

3. Sprint to receive first shot.

4. Finish 1 touch.

5. Sprint to receive second shot.

6. Finish (then become first server, first server moves to second server, second server jogs to gate then sprints through far gate and joins start line.

F2 Rondo:

4v1 inside grid

1 or 2 touch

10 passes is a goal (take turns defending)

If defender wins it they try get it back to their team

F3 is same as F1 but set up opposite.

F4 Passing:

Check to right of mannequin, receive back foot, play your line and join back of line

Check to left of mannequin, receive back foot, play your line and join back of line

Check to right of mannequin, in, back long (between mannequins), turn and play off long ball

Check to left of mannequin, in, back long (between mannequins), turn and play off long ball

F5 Injury Prevention:
