Short sharp quick movement on and around the cones.

Each player should be quick and dynamic with sharp turns.

Prog- Ball on each cone, playes have to get close to each cone, if they knock it off its 10 toe taps and 10 foundations before they put it back on and start again

Prog- Move towards a cone and do a scissor over the cone and ball.

Progress to taking ball with them do a scissor and beat the cone.

Replace a few cones with players- player cannot move only poke legs out- now beat a player

When command of pressure is shouted- players must pressure the ball- first player to a ball gets a point.

Progress- Players match up 1v1 on edge of boxes have to ge to ball first

2nd command is win it- can player get to the ball and win it first.

Dont be scared- type of tackle- poke or block?
