Technical Circuit

Circuit: Begin by dribbling through cones, right foot first time, left foot second time then keep alternating. Sprint dribble to end cone then dribble through poles, again right foot first time through, left foot second time through. After poles player picks up ball and performs two foot jumps over the hurdles. Player then drops ball dribbles through gate and shoots on net, gets ball and repeats.

Passing& Receiving

Set up: One player in between two cones without ball. Two other players on a cone each with a ball. Player in the middle begins by moving towards player on left or right (their choice) player will receive a pass play the ball back then move back towards the middle. As soon as player gets back to the middle they must have a quick change of pace and move to receive a pass from other player. They will continue this process for a minute then will rotate.

Progressions: If progressing well move to one touch then inside volleys.

Small Sided Game

Small sided game: Regular small sided game but each time ball goes out of bounds begin at the keeper. Work on playing out of the back focusing on the central midfielders and wingers movement.
