Organization: 2 25x20 yd grids set with cones and a line down the middle. 5-6 players on each side of grid. 1 ball per side
Instructions:
-Players number themselves 1-5 and space themselves around their grid.
-Player 1 starts with the ball and passes to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5 and then back to player 1.
-After each player passes the ball, they must find a cone in their grid to run around. Must be a different cone each time.
Coaching Points:
-Move after pass
-Eyes on the ball
-Good weighted pass
-Find open space
-Put self in a good position to receive the next pass
-Communication

Organization: 40x40 yd grid, cones lining the field. 10 players 2 balls
Instructions:
-Same game as before, now with another team to navigate through.
-Still finding a cone to get around after pass, must find new cone all the time
-Players now have to navigate through the other team doing the same thing.
Coaching Points:
-Move after pass
-Eyes on the ball
-Good weighted pass
-Find open space
-Put self in a good position to receive the next pass
-Can't stand and wait for a pass behind other team. Must find gaps to receive pass in.
Progression:
Keep teams in seperate grids
-coach calls a number, that player must leave their grid and becomes defender in the other grid
-team must now keep possession against opposition

1 ball on top of a cone between each pasi as shown
Instructions:
Players compete against their partner to see how many times they can pass their ball and knock off the ball on the cone

If successful, player gets a point and resets ball as partner prepares
