Cp's- Get ready to compete, high intensity, toes up-heel down-ankle locked, planted foot hips and shoulders facing target, fast paced, proper weight and direction on the passes, communicate, support needs to be into empty spaces (parallel to pressure, inbetween lines, wide and high), high pressure from defenders (communication, immediate pressure, pressure and cover, stern tackles)

Pass into post up player. Post up players must peel away, then check back in for the layoff. Passer follows up for the shot.

High intensity on exercise as the resting ratio will fall along 1:9 work to rest ratio

Cp's-Proper passing technique, peel away-check in-layoff the ball for shooter, planted foot over the ball-lock ankle, swing through, land on shooting foot. Planted foot hips and shoulders facing the ball, On volleys, hit the ball when its coming down, lock your ankle, communicate through body language.
