Techncial Work/ Fitness

Organization:

- Players working in groups of 3

- P1 serves and passes to P2 - P2 performs the technical work on the ball

- P3 MUST sprint the width of the field around pole and then back in

- As P3 returns he takes the servers spot, P2 Sprints to pole and back, P1 does techncial work.

- Players alwasy BUMP up one and quickly switch

- After all 3 players have sprinted 1 then you change the Technical Exercise.

Techncial Work:

1. P2 the worker moves feet from side to side from cone - Left side - Left Foot Pass, Right Side - Rigth Foot - 2-Touch on ground

2. Volley's - move feet from side to side from cone - worker can come around and in a few yards and then move back around and action is repeated

3. Same as above - Thigh & Laces - Players Sprinting BackWards to Pole and then Forward

4. Same as 2 - If anyone Drops the ball - have them start again

- Good touch - Good pass

- Confident First Touch

- Be the First One In

- Work your Feet
