Looking at defenders pressure and covering positions. If blue defenders win the ball back they play the same thing, pass to their blue attacker in neutral zone to turn and face defenders up.

Progress to attack can drop into his defensive half to create a 3v1. Must make two passes before entering attacking half (first two passes). Progress to letting anyone of the 3 attackers to enter the attacking half, then progress to 2 or 3 at a time.

Session Objectives: Denying an opponent space when faced up in order to regain possession quickly and attack

Individual Learning Objectives: Girls to show better communication when in a supporting position in defence i.e which way to show the defender, left right, be loud.

4v2 in the middle. Attackers must get the ball from one end to the other using the other two attackers on the outside if they need to. Defenders must stop the ball getting transfered to the other side.

Two points are scored if the ball is played through the middle across the pitch, if wide players play across it is one point.

Progress to if the defenders win the ball then one attacker can come in and try and win the ball back for the players on the outside, if this happens the session continues,
