Set up / Organisation:30 x 30 2 vs 2 wave defending. 2 defenders vs 2 attackers. defender clips ball into attcakers, on attackers first touch dfeneders then come in and defend. attack breaks down when defenders win back or ball goes out of play.

Technical Learning objectives: Close down, slow down, show down (left/right), body shape side on, use body if needed, recovery run if beaten or team mate beaten.

Tactical Learning Objectives: work out strongest foot of attacker, work together to show attackers onto weaker sides, communication

Physiological Learning Objectives: slow down, speed up, use body strength

Set up / Organisation: 3 vs 2 in attackers favour. Ball played into striker who holds up sets back to on coming attackers. defender make decison when to press, cover. communication key from GK as well. once play has broken down attack starts from opposite end.
