Set up / Organisation: reds pass to blues, blues now look to get ball over the line,if they do its 1 goal.

Set up / Organisation:30 x 30 2 vs 2 wave defending. 2 defenders vs 2 attackers. defender clips ball into attcakers, on attackers first touch dfeneders then come in and defend. attack breaks down when defenders win back or ball goes out of play.

Technical Learning objectives: Close down, slow down, show down (left/right), body shape side on, use body if needed, recovery run if beaten or team mate beaten.

Tactical Learning Objectives: work out strongest foot of attacker, work together to show attackers onto weaker sides, communication

Physiological Learning Objectives: slow down, speed up, use body strength

Psychological Learning Objectives: 5 c mix

Set up / Organisation:

30x20 (depending on numbers) 4 defenders locked in to middle zone, 4 blues in end zone 4 reds in end zone. coach plays ball in, on blues 1st touch 2 oranges can enter and try to win the ball back. 5 passes and blues can pass through middle zone where as soon as reds take first touch 2 more oranges can enter. each team will be in for 2 minutes. see how many times ball can get transferred.

Technical Learning objectives:

First touch is key for team recieving the ball to set play up. scan to see where next pass can be, assess weight of pass.

Tactical Learning Objectives:

Dispersal as a team as well as movement key.

Physiological Learning Objectives:

decelaration, acelaration, jumping

Psychological Learning Objectives:

confidence, full involvement, no fear of mistakes, accept challeng and always wnat the ball.

Individual Learning Outcomes:

Tommy Marshall - receiving in tight areas, head up and pass and move to receive again, concentrate on, scanning and checking your shoulders

Team Learning Outcomes:

Learn and work out together the best way to keep the ball and where and when you can transfer ball to other zone, challenge to be the best at keeping the ball
