This game focuses on wide play and also patterns of play with overloads; The person in the middle starts with the ball. They can pass the ball to any of the players on his team, although if the ball is played into the safety zone, this is unopposed encouraging the attackers to attack the ball in the box, whilst the non crossing player attacks the back post.

The players within the safety zone can leave that zone if they wish to do so but can be challenged if they do this.

The main aim for the defenders in just to put they ball out for a throw in or give it back to the starting player to win a point. The attacking team wins points by scoring goals.

Teaching/ coaching points; Wide play, overload (attackers on defenders), Movement to and from the ball, attacking skills and stratagies, passing, defending jockey position and pressing play.
