Organization:
1. 30x30 area
2. Five triangles set up as shown
3. One player in each triangle
4. Two players as "IT" players with a pinnie in hand
5. All players not in a triangle with a ball
Instructions:
1. Coach will count down from 5 to 1 and the "IT" players will run into the area trying to tag a player not in a triangle.
2. Players not in a triangle must dribble their ball into a triangle and switch spots with the person inside in order to avoid being tag.
3. If a player is tagged by an "IT" player the pinnie is handed to them and the roles are changed. The previous "IT" player takes their ball and begins dribbling. There are no tag backs.
4. Players can only be tagged outside of a triangle. Players cannot dribble into the same triangle two times in a row.
5. If a player dribbles their ball out of bounds while being chased they are now an "IT" player, they must take the pinnie and give their ball to the previous "IT" player.
6. Game Continues for allotted amount of time.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch out of the feet
2. Play with the laces of the foot closet to the ball
3. Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly
4. Run in a straight line
5. Smaller touches as the space becomes less

3. Player inside the triangle attempts to receive with the inside of the foot and leave through another side of the triangle.
4. If a player is tagged by an "IT" player the pinnie is handed to them and the roles are changed. The previous "IT" player takes their ball and begins dribbling. There are no tag backs.
5. Players can only be tagged outside of a triangle and if they have a ball. Players cannot pass into the same triangle two times in a row.
6. If a player dribbles and/or passes their ball out of bounds while being chased they are now an "IT" player, they must take the pinnie and give their ball to the previous "IT" player.
7. Game Continues for allotted amount of time.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside of the foot to pass and receive
2. Ankle locked, foot and knee opened to the ball
3. Head up to observe your open teammate
4. Receiving players must call for the ball
5. Do not play a pass to a player who is not looking at you

1. Add more "IT" players
