Warmup (20 mins)

Warm up 1: 3 man weave. Start in hands, then go 2 touch on feet, then go 1 touch on feet. Do 5 times each set per group.

Warmup 2: Layoff progression. Go for 10 minutes

Small Sided (30 mins)

Play +2 in a space. When a team gets 3-5 passes switch field. Can dribble, pass, or combine in. that is one point. Play to 3 or 5.

PROGRESS: 1) Midline becomes offsides line. 2) Must combine to get in.

Extended small sided (25 mins)

Similar to before. But now must make a different square with in 3-5 passes. All can move to either square. Get a point by possessing in each square or getting into diaganol square.

PROGRESS: No neutrals. Same idea.

Game (15 mins)

Play 5v5 or 4v4.

If 4v4 go Diamond (1-2-1). If 5v5 go Box and 1 or 1 in box ( 2-2-1; 2-1-2)

Must play over midline to score, can dribble, pass shoot. Do this for 5-10 minutes (or game to 3). Then let play free after.
