Organization: 2 rectangles next to each other. 30x20.

Instructions: The player in the middle opens up to the right or left (his choice). The last player needs to react on his run and move opposite away from him.

Coaching Points: Open up quickly, open up the body, receive back foot.

Progressions: Add a wall pass with the first player, add a wall passer on both players.

Organization: Create a diamond with 10 yard in between. Each gate is 4 yards deep.

Instructions: The players pass the ball clockwise/counter clockwise and follow their ball.

Coaching Points: Receive far foot, positive touch to the next direction, look up quick and pass.

Progressions: add a 2nd ball, pass one way move opposite (pass right, move left).

Organization: Possession field 15x15, field to the goal:30x20

Instructions: A defender starts by passing the ball in to the possession team and they outplay a 3v1. After 3 passes they try to score on the big goal (with goalie). A 2nd defender waits in the 2nd field and the first defender can drop down to create a 3v2 situation. If defense wins the bal and connect 1 pass the game stops. (switch defenders on time).

Coaching Points: Movement of the ball, create passing angles, forward movement (attacking the goal). Creative runs (overlaps, inside cuts etc).

Progressions: 3 touch max., time limit which they need to score in.
