Screen 1

Set up is two squares outside is 20x20 inside 10x10.

One player on each cone (you can have max two on outer square if necessary)

PLayer on cone one plays ball into cone 2 and follows pass

Player on cone 2 sets player on cone 3 and follows pass

Player on cone 3 plays in to cone 4 and follows pass

Player on cone 5 plays into cone 2 and follows pass

Player on cone 2 plays into cone 6 and follows pass

Player on cone 6 plays into cone 7 and follows pass

Player on cone 7 plays into cone 5 and follows pass

Player on cone 5 plays into cone 8 and follows pass

NB: Coach weight of pass in order to play one touch.

Players must be on their toes ready to receive and play and anticipate 3rd man run.

Progression, as the players pick up the basics of the drill when they follow their pass they should create basic pressure on the receiver to emphasise some pressure.

Progression 2.. Get it going with 2 balls to quicken the Tempo.
