Gym night (20 mins)

Instructions:

- Divide into two equal groups. The first player at the front of the line will sprint towards the first channel where they will recieve a pass on the ground that they must return within two touches.

Gym night (20 mins)

-As soon as they return the pass, the player must rapidly backpedal until they reach the second cones in the row of cones

Gym night (15 mins)

- When they reach this cone, they must immediately sprint towards the second channel where they will receive a pass from the second player, which they again return within 2 touches.

-Have the player continue this sequence of sprint-receive and pass-back pedal. After the player receieves and returns the pass in the 5th and final channel, they must backpedal and then sprint quickly as possible to the starting cone.

Gym night (20 mins)

-In order to keep the drill moving, the player next in line goes as soon as the player in front of them returns the pass in the second channel.

Focus Points:

-The drill is intended to be high in intensity so encoutage the players to give a high work rate during the drill.

-After each pass, they must quickly transition to backpedaling- The player must accelerate or attack the pass
