6v6 Played in a 40x30 Area. (size dependant on numbers) 1 Player from each team to be a target (T1&T2) at either end of the grid. Both target players can move laterally across the line to receive the ball from both teams (neutral player) Target players can not be tackled. Change Target players frequently.

The blue team target player T1 starts with playing a pass to another blue player blues pass the ball and try to get the ball to T2 who then plays it back to the same team. When the ball is returned to T1 without losing possession that team wins a point.

Target players can be played to as many times as the team in possession want to to keep possession.

Progression

If a blue player passes to the blue target man he must become the target man and the player who was the target man dribbles the ball in to the playing area. This leaves one "safe target man" and will stop the constant safe pass to their target man and force movement from the out field players to pass the ball forward

Variations

Target players 2 touch, progress to 1 touch

players 3 touch, 2 touch, 1 touch

Must have 5 passes before passed to target player
