Organization:
25x25 area setup as shown

1 ball per player (additonal on outside)
Instructions:
- Players are driving, trying to visit as many states as possible. Each time a player drives through a gate(the border), they're in a new state!
- All players dribble freely inside the playing area with a ball each
- Players aim to pass through as many gates as possible
Coaching Points:
- Controlled approach
- Body shape - low centre of gravity
- Awareness of space & surroundings
- Timing & execution of skill move
- Improvisation & creativity
Progressions:
1. Give players a set time to pass through gates. Players keep score. Play 3 rounds. Highest wins

Organization:
20x20 area with cones on the border as shown.
Instructions:
-Players are now trying to visit some different locations. I.e. Syosset for Cone 1, Red Bull Arena for 2 Cones, Disney World for 3 cones, etc. Can be changed to coaches preference/ideas.
-Players are all dribbling throughout the space.
-At coach command players will dibble to the side that corresponds the number.
-Players receive a point once they arrive to the side.
Progression: Allow dribbling with single weakest foot.
Regression:
Start with no soccer balls, jogging arond the area
Allow dribbling with either foot.
Competitive: How few touches does it take to get to the side?
Can you stop your ball exactly on the line, under control and balanced?
Coaching points:
Outside (pinky-toe) for close control.
Laces for fast, longer distance dribbling.
Head up to locate your corner.

Organization:

Instructions:
Turtle Tag - 2 turtle taggers have 1 minute to try and tag as many players as possible. If tagged players lay on their back like a turtle.
Players who have not tagged push the turtle(player) onto their front and now they are back in the game.
Coaching Points:
1 - change of direction
2 - head up
3 - change of speed
