Phonebooths
1. Each "phonebooth" is 2 x 2.
2. Player dribbles at pace with lots of touchs/tricks inside one "phonebooth".
3. When coach calls the number of a different "phonebooth", the player quickly dribbles to that grid.
4. Continue for 30 seconds, finish with a shot on goal.
3. 1 x 30 seconds.

Cone Jungles
1. Player dribbles quickly through "cone jungle" then runs with ball across "desert" before dribbling quickly through second "cone jungle". Finish with a shot on goal.
2. 9 reps; coach rearranges a few discs in each jungle each rep.

Changes of Direction
1. Starting at pole 1, player dribbles to each other 3 poles in any order, changing direction at each one before finishing on goal.
2. Set 1 (9 reps)=choices of Cruijff or Xavi pullback.
3. Set 2 (6 reps)=choices of stepover or Xavi spinoff.
4. Set 3 (3 reps)=choices of Cruijff, Xavi pullback, stepover, or Xavi spinoff.

2. Check shoulder. Receive with back foot and accel through pole gate.
3. 9 reps followed by 9 "Hotfoot"
4. Progress 1: Check shoulder. Dump ball back to server, then sprint through gate.
5. Progress 2: Check shoulder. Cue is big truck=turn to finish. Otherwise dump and sprint through gate. Follow with hotfoot.
6. Progress 3: Check shoulder. Fake, then take with outside of foot to carry though pole gates.
7. Progress 4: Check shoulder. Receive with "Bergkamp simple" turn and finish.
