receiving tight areas warm up drill

Set up / Organisation:

run pass and move in tight area. 4 cones needed 1 ball. 5 yard space with 1 cone on each end and take 2yards into centre cone (makes passing/ receiving zone). From centre cone to other centre cone space a yard and then another 2 yards to other end cone (makes other passin/receiving zone). The aim is to pass and recieivre within 5 yard radius (larger or smaller areas can be adapted to suit)

Technical Learning objectives:

assess weight of pass , touch into space away from first zone

Tactical Learning Objectives:

first touch is key, once passed ball need to move straight away to receive.

Physiological Learning Objectives:

body position, accelaration, decelaration

Psychological Learning Objectives:

confidence in tight areas, no fear of mistakes

Individual Learning Outcomes:
