Dribbling (15 mins)

1) Each player begins with the ball at their feet on the touchline

2) Players will dribble their ball to the right making 3-5 touches before switching and dribbling to the left, and alternating accordingly

3) Players will stop once they reach the 25 yard mark on the other side

4) There are no "outs" or sidelines, giving the idea of "freedom" - allowing players to operate how they feel most comfortable : do not tell the players this, allow them to discover it

5) The task is to teach children to use the inside of their feet to dibble and "cut away" using the opposite outside (teaching the FLICK to development players)

6) Make sure children are taking WIDE touches to the outside (left & right) when dribbling
