Objective

Develop Speed Agility and improve ball manipulation under intensity and speed.

- Start at bottom of the 'T' up to first cone then figure of 8 left, figure of 8 right.

- Back to middle. to the bottom of the the 'T' and explode all the way up to the far pole and back.

That completes 1 x 'Gerrard'

Red Line = Walk

Yellow Line = Sprint

Start on touch line, Walk to 18 yard line and sprint to opposite box. When you arrive, recover and walk to touch line. Walk back to 18 yard line to sprint again.
