Instructions:
Players are placed in a square in groups of 3/4 depending on numbers.
Players look to dribble around the area avoiding the other players.
Players eventually progress to doing different types of dynamic stretchers using the ball.

Organization:
3 lines, 6 cones, 3 attackers, 1 defender
Instructions:
Line 1 plays to line 2 who breaks line with 1st touch and finds end player. Players rotate.
Coaching Points:
- Players movment in relation to 1st touch (creating triangle)
- Awareness before receiving
- Quality of passsing
Progressions:
Progression 1 - Defender now moves with attacker and players play double pass
Progression 2 - Defender is now live
Progression 3 - Players now have to hit target player and then work back to passing player

Organization: 5v5 to endzones (4 players in central area plus 1 target player in endzone)
Target player takes role of #9, 4 players in central area take roles of #5, #6, #8, #10
Instructions: Team in possession looks to score by playing a penetrating pass into the target player (who must remain in the endzone)
Once Target player receives the ball, they play out to other team who attacks in the opposite direction
Defenders are not allowed in endzone
Coaching Points:
Movement of number 10 to create passing lane for number 9 to receive
First look is to penetrate with the pass, maintain possession if penetrating pass is not available
Play through number 5 to switch play quickly
Movement of number 10 as ball travels into number 9
Progressions:
P1 - Target player must receive penetrating pass in the endzone, then lay the ball off to a teammate that has joined him in support in or near the endzone, Player receiving lay off from number 9 must also penetrate the endzone to score (defenders are now allowed into the endzone to defend once the ball has been played into number 9)
P2 - Once ball is played into target #9, then layed off to a teammate, team in possession can try to score on mini goal

Instructions:
5 vs 5 tournament, 5 minute games. Kick in from sides, corner kicks from your own goal (allows lots of build up)
Coaching Points:
When gk has ball - triangle between 2,3 and 6.
Number 10 added as a high player
Penetration where possible
Possession if not
Movement of 1 (who becomes 5 when ball is in play to always act as a pivot player to switch the play)
Interaction between 6 and 10
6 staying central so that space can be utilized by 2 and 3 to overlap and get forward

Instructions:
Players try and get up to 4 by taking the number of touches in sequence. 1 touch by each player, then 2 touch by each player, then 3 touch by each player etc, when they get to 4 they try and work their way back down to 1.
