Learning Objectives defending priorities
close the space down early then delay the forward, get the body shape correct show the forward towards one side of the pitch. get your body nice and low stay light on your toes and protect the target gates

one team instructed to impliment a low press
full press- press with pace, communication, interceptions, defence push up the pitch,hunt in packs, dont get split when pressing, avoid the switch.
low press- organisation, compact units, shuffle across with the ball, one centre forward drop deeper into midfield unit.
