-20 x 20 yard area setup as shown

-12 players setup as shown

Instructions:

-Players dribble ball around area, avoid collisions with other players/balls

-if ball gets kick out, in order to come in again= 10 foundations

Coaching Points:

-As defender comes fewer touches having control over the ball

-Dribble at speed,keeping the ball close

-heads up

-2 defenders
