Part 1 - Technique Practice

Quick Counter Attack on Game Transition

3v3 game with 4 gates in each corner.

Teams score by first combining to then dribble through one of two gates. After scoring, the team in possession must turn and play the ball to an opposition player thus creating, momentarily, an attacking overload until the scorer has returned into a balanced position. Can the team with the overload counter attack and score within 6 seconds? If not can they keep possesion, probing to create an opening to score. The practise is then repeated the other way.
