30m Sprints @70%

Each Pair to complete 3 laps of Grid (totalling 12 x 30m Sprints).

G1 starts, once completed 30m Sprint, G2 starts and so on. When G1 finishes 30m Sprint, assume G2 original position so all G's are progressing one step up the grid. At FP, recovery run back to SP (following blue lines).
