EPE: 8 X 40m to 80% (40 second Active Rest)

Two Groups. 40m 80% DASH (first 10m BUILD UP, 2m HAMSTRING STOP)

Active Rest (40 seconds) is the middle zone (consists of varying dynamic movements whilst walking to next Start Position).
