following a general pulse raise and activation

first general movement for 2 mins servers stay on balls of feet

with ball between feet.

players on inside look for a pass from a server to feet then pass back and turn out looking for another pass

1 min each

2. players in midlle do inside left foot then right foot volley then turn out and look for another server then do outside of foot then finaly through laces. work for 1 min then swap

server has ball in hand and performs lunge matrix inbetween serving

3. players perform as before this time trying to volley ball back at hip hieght or above. this allows for increases in range of motoin as mtu becomes warmer.

4. players now chest and volley followed by header . as soon as pass then turn to find another ball.

servers perform squat matrix whilst waiting

4a. partner dynamics 5 each side leg swings/ side swings/across the body/ knee drives

5. intensity is now beginning to rise near to session tempo.

5a. single heel and toe x 10 spidermans x 4 each side

players perform recieve a pass then pass back 30s each then swap. server perform single leg matrix

6. as above but server waits ready for pass. players now try to make as many passes from different servers in 45s then swap

total time including pulse raise and activation 30 mins
