Ball starts at top, movement from Center Forward Player initiates pattern
1) if player moves to right, ball gets played to right cone
2) Ball gets laid off to left cone who is receiving side on
3) Center Forward is making a forward run into gap in between manequins, Penetrating pass is played.
Progression
1) Ball is played to center forward directly who lays off to wide player, then makes run in behind
2) Ball is played to center forward who lays off for wide player, other wide player makes penetrating run.
