Full warm up incorporating relevant movements, dynamic flexibility and extended stretches.

Possession Game (20 mins)

Organisation

Pitch size 50 x 40

6 v 6 with GK playing as neutrals (can use hands and feet).

Possession game, both teams try to keep the ball and can use either GK to help.

If the ball goes out of play the coaches feed another ball in straight away.

Play for 4 minutes then switch immediately to the games on the next screen for 4 minutes...

High Intensity SSG (40 mins)

Organisation

Side by side pitches, 50 x 20.

Left Side

3v3 possession game. Try to work the ball to the target at the end, if successful the same team retains the ball and attacks opposite end.

Must receive the ball in the half of the target player.

Right Side

Directional game 3v3 with GKs.

When a team scores they restart with a ball from their GK.

Games are 3 minutes duration followed by 3 minutes rest and then back into the larger possession game.

Teams play each game twice. (So, 4 x 10 minutes with 3 minutes recovery)

Long cool down to follow with stretches.
