Instructions:

Knee tag, 1 point every time you can touch your partners knee

Unopposed (10 mins)

Organization: 3 pairs per group

1 pair on each end, 1 pair in the middle

1 ball per group

Instructions:

Ball starts with group 1

Pass ball 5 times with partner

Group 3 is works to get in pressuring and covering position

After 5 passes, group 1 plays to group 3

Group 1 chases and is now defending

Group 3 replaces group 1 on the end

Instructions:

Attackers are now looking for penetrating passes while defenders can now block the pass

Maximum 5 passes between an attacking group before they must attempt a penetrating pass

If defender blocks the pass, they go to the outside and team that lost the ball become defenders

Force attacker into covering defender

Short, choppy steps to slow down

2nd Defender-

Angle and distance of support

P-Unlimited passes before penetrating pass

R-Must penetrate on 5th pass

Each area now has 2 zones

1 attacking team in each zone

Defending team in zone with ball

Instructions:

It is now a live 2v2 in each zone

Attackers must get the ball across to the other attacking team

If defenders take ball away or block the pass the team that lost the ball now becomes defenders

If attackers are successful defenders must defend in other zone
