players work in pairs and count to 3 taking it in turns, replace a number with an action. make competitive and add a ball.

Progress:

players dribble ball around area in small groups, each group has a number and on that call they perform their own movement and everyone copies. Add ball movements.

Technical:

set up area suitable to players and age with a number of gates.

Players have gates set up and pass and move to a gate for a point. work through all 3 combinations - take over, bounce pass and overlap.

Progress to defenders who can intercept gates or steal ball.

AT:90 R:30 I:10

Finish with groups in 3, players pass and move and on number command they become defender, must steal ball while other 2 keep possession.

AT:3 R:1 I:3
