Players: 10-14

Organization: 2 simultaneous exercises (A-B-C-D); rotation of A-B-C-D

Set-Up: Add 1 defender per side

Organization: Play begins with 3v1 in half of each side; all attackers must receive a ball before moving the ball to the other half and playing Player D "through". If the defending player wins the ball, he transitions it out to Player D and play begins with new ball (after rotation). Change defenders every 30 seconds

Hornets (15 mins)

Hornets

Three teams of 3 players each

Attacking team (white) plays 3v1. Resting defenders (Blue) at center cone. Transition team (Yellow) players in each empty quadrant.

After 5 passesattacking team can play to any transition team player to earn a point. The rest of the transition team joins that quadrant and new defenders enters area after previous defender returns ("touch up") to center.

If defender wins the ball, he/she keeps possession in same grid. Previous attackers must "touch up" on center cone before defeder presses.
