Players dribble ball around

coaches begin to place cones and poles down, players must carry on with out touching them, use outside foot,inside,laces long pass then chase ball.

GK must dribble around then dive on ball or throw ball up and catch or roll ball forward then chase.

two players in blue must get ball to the blue player in square 1 point if you can must pass at least once in the middle square.

Reds to stop them passing. if blues lose the ball reds play.

progress can player push ball with outside of foot then run of player.

5vs5 players must pass to every player on their team including GK coaches to throe ball in therefore making sure they have to play back to keeper to then come forward.
