Description

How it works:

Ball must be continuously worked through the thirds by each team.

Players must move to a different third after playing a pass

Additional Key points:

Receiving options in central area (either turn out or link with second player)

Recognising which area you need to move to, to ensure all three zones have a player

Key points:

Can you turn out to hit opposite target players and score point? (No touch turn/one touch turn)

Can you play creative passes? (Flicks/round the corner/chipped/dummies/disguise)

Can you try to be in a different quarter to your team-mates, and can you rotate between quarters?
