bump and dump (10 mins)
Goal: reactie snelheid aanvaller (open/gesloten wegdraaien)
Exercise:
A speelt B in. B stopt bal en wordt onderduk gezet door verdediger C. Die dwingt B van open/gesloten te draaien (passieve druk). B gebruikt actie C als versnellingsmoment. Bump & dump!
Rotation:
Diegene die op doel afwerkt (B) wordt de nieuwe verdediger (C) > afwerken op doel dus snel, zodat je snel terugloopt (tackleback simulatie)

1 = één-twee-drietje via de flank, daarna pass naar binnen
2 = één-twee-drietje door de as naar de goal

Goal: 3v1 in rug vrijlopen + guard positie
Exercise:
A speelt op B die C aanspeelt. Vanaf dit moment mag D gaan verdedigen: ABC spelen aanval uit naar doel (niet door vierkant)
Rotation:
verdedigers om de beurt
aanvallers met de klok door (drie posities)

3+1 vs 3 cirkel (10 mins)
Goal: balbezit halen en scoren in de cirkel.
Exercise:
de stippelcirkel of een afgebakende zone erbuiten en de achterlijn vormen het speelveld. In balbezit komen met je team buiten de cirkel = recht van aanval. Zolang de bal in de cirkel is, mag het aanvallende team scoren.
Rotation:
zie scoren, goal = zelfde team opnieuw starten buiten cirkel (winnaarsbal)
