Organization:
20x20 yard area set up as shown
12 players set up as shown
12 balls
Instructions:
Players line up one side of area and attempt to get to the other side, avoid getting tagged by coach
Players are safe from coach on or just behind the end lines
If a player is tagged they join the coach
Competition to see who is last to be tagged
Coaching Points:
Dribble at speed, keeping the ball close
Avoid coach by looking around and observing position
When beginning use a positive touch, use laces to push ball away with toe down
Push ball into space
Progressions:
Allow players to regulate tempo, by taking away verbal instruction
Players perform without balls to understand movement/instruction

Organization:
30x20 yard area set up as shown
10 players in two teams of 5 set up as shown
2 yard deep 'end zone' at each end of field
Supply of balls by coach at side of area
Instructions:
Play 4v /5v54 , to target zones
If player can dribble into target zone, they win a point, and must leave the ball in the zone
Losing team immediately restarts with ball that has been left in target area
Team who previously scored must all retreat and touch cone in own target area before attempting to defend
Don't wait for other team to be ready, attack on transition immediately
If ball goes out, coach restarts by serving to player with most space in front of them
Coaching Points:
Positive first touch out of the feet
Select the appropriate controlling surface
Head up and observe situation
Head down when playing the ball to ensure good contact
Play with the laces of the foot closet to the ball
Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly
Progressions:
Corner markers can be moved to near end of safe zone, thus reducing the distance players must retreat on transition.
Play open to mini goals, review session with players.

Instructions:
Coach calls number one or two (See diagram)
Players on those sides run with the ball to the opposite sides
Players race each other to stop ball on opposing line
Coaching Points:
Positive first touch out of the feet
Head up and observe situation
Head down when playing the ball to ensure good contact
Play with the laces of the foot closest to the ball
Progressions:
Call both numbers at the same time to make players make a decision on when to run with the ball and when to dribble
Each side is given its own number (1 - 4), and numbers are called out one at a time
