A. Dynamic movements

1. A March

2. A March on toes

3. Skips

4. Straight leg/ frankinsteins

5. Glute bridge/ double leg

B. Sprints

4 reps. 60 second rest.

1. Sprint to 1, shuffle to 2, turn sprint past 3.

2. Sprint to 1, shuffle to 3, turn sprint past 2.

C. Sprints

4 reps. 2 each side. 60 second rest.

1. Sprint to 1, backwards to 2, turn sprint to 3.

D. Double leg hops

6 reps. 60 second rest

1. 5 hops over line and sprint to finish.
