Finish with game of 3v3 to goal with GKS for last 15 minutes.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Objective: Create opportunities to improve finishing ability
Area: ¼ of Campton Indoor Field split in half
Activity: Attacking player is ready with ball. On coach command, player dribbles toward red line where he has to strike the ball at goal. There is a chasing defender who must do a sit up after coach command before chasing down attacking player. If defending player wins it, tries to dribble across their own starting line. Make it competitive by awarding players 1pt for shot on target and 2pts for a goal scored. Players can all switch positions: attacker becomes GK, GK becomes defender, and defender becomes attacker.
Coaching Points: Toe down, ankle locked, strike through the middle of the ball with laces, a prep touch outside the shoulders, take a peek and strike, players should repeat this process every time, follow through to the target, and placement of standing foot
