Conditioned Game Dribbling (25 mins)

Organization: Small Sided Game 3v3 +4 players around the outside. 35 x 20 meters apprx (vary depending on ability and numbers). 2 pop up goals. A few spare balls.

Instructions: The idea of the game is to receive the ball in space in order to beable to dribble into an attacking space, either towards goal, at a defender (creating a 1v1 situation) or out towards the corner in order to be able to deliver a cross or pull back. The skills learned earlier must be used here in order to either beat a defender in a 1v1 situation or to creat space to dribble in to.

The outside players can be used to create 1-2 passes which will allow the ball player to get in behind defenders and dribble.

When a goal is conceded, the losing team comes off and is replaced by the team on the outside. The scoring team now turns and goes in the opposite direction.
