45 x 40yds grid divided in squares for 4v1's or 5v2's depending on numbers

2 touch, 2-1-2 touches, 1 touch (2min intervals)

Cp's- pass with the inside of the foot, lock your ankle, place feet perpendicular to one another, proper weight on the pass, pass to teammate's leading foot. Scope area you're going to attack, make space for yourself, turn hips as you trap, communicate, pass and move. Provide Support in width and length, constant movement to create passing lanes and space for oneself and for teammates.

Same grid as before. Divide the team into 3 even groups if possible

Each team occupies a grid. The middle grid is defending for 4 minutes. Red team starts with ball. They must connect 5 passes and switch the ball to Blue in the air. If both teams connect the ball, the defending the team must do fitness.
