Objectives:
Shout 2 numbers and both team players enter the pitch as in the warm scenario. Whoever win the ball initially attack, the other pair work as a unit and attempt to stop opposition from scoring.

Organization:
Play 5v5 with Gks normal game.
Progressions/Conditions:
- Whenever a team loose possession they must retreat as a block in their defensive third.
- Counts as 2 goals if a team score from a switch of play.
- Count as 5 goals if attacking team has more than 3 players in final third.
- Increase the size of the pitch.
Coaching points:
- Switch on to defender when loosing possession
- Angles and distances
- Team responsabilities (Who apply pressure on the ball? Who covers? When to pressurize or drop?)

Objectives:
Teams compete by running clockwise from blue cone around the marked pitch. They then enter when reaching near post and attempt to win the ball. Winner attack defender on a 1v1 scenario and attempt to score in goals.

- Get in Line
- Pressure on the ball
- Put the brakes on at correct distance
- Body Position
- Stay on toes (balls of feet)
- Be Patient
- Slow attacker down/Jockey
- Decision (Can you win it?)
