functional building attack A (15 mins)

Objective:

Building out of phase 1 into phase 2-3 with 7/11 movements

Organization:

Players are in their postions on a 3/4 of field. 6 yard gates are placed at mf for reference. Four mannequins are placed as a back four to resemble opponent.

Play starts with 6/8, pass over distance to 4/5, who takes positive first touch depending on pressure, 7/11 movements are to take opponent away from gate, to create space to pop into. Number 4 passes to 7, 6/8 pull away after pass to create passing lane to 7, 7 lays off to 6/8, who pass to to an overlapping 2, 10/9 move off of passes to create space for shot opp's.

Same applies to opposite side.

functional building attack B (15 mins)

Number 4 passes to 7, 6/8 pull away after pass to create passing lane to 7, 7 lays off to 6/8, 6/8 checks down to receive pass from 6/8, 6/8 passes to opposite side to 11 or 3.

Same applies to opposite side.
