1. Dynamic warm up

Pulse raising - dribbling in the grid, few touches move it on.

then split into servers and players

servers perform Dynamics - squat,linear lunge, lateral lunge, single leg squat, linear leg swings, lateral leg swings. players do volley matrix swapping after 30 secs each

cones for north south east and west (N, S, E, W),

Dribbling round the grid as before, on command of direction, dribble with ball as fast as possible to the cone. Last one does forfeit (5 star jumps).
