IF YOU CAN FIND THE BOX WITH TWO PLAYERS, YOUR TEAM GETS AN EXTRA POINT

The two CM's on the defensive team split the three boxes to prevent passing channels for the overload team.
If defensive team wins the ball, they have to play the ball through one of the two cm's on their defensive team to disperse the ball into one of the other three boxes.
The overload team now becomes the defending team. The defending team all disperses into the three boxes that have been emptied by the team who's receiving the ball as all four players need to sprint into the box with the ball to provide an overload 4 v 2.
For a moment, the player with the ball, could potentially be in an underload situation due to supporting players being to slow to provide support.

4V4 TO GOAL
If the defending team wins the ball, they play the ball back to #4 CM (Under) to disperse and attack the goal on the counter attack.
The overload team has to quickly transition into a back three and #4 holding CM.

Warmup
2, 3, or 4 players in the box passing in the box depending on numbers. After passing, have to run around a cone and keep your body shape open to the field.
WHEN COACH BLOWS WHISTLE
1. player with the ball dribbles out of the box and passes the ball into the next box (counter clock wise). One player from each box shows for the ball with speed like they would when dropping into the pocket.
2. Up Back Through - follow your pass to receive a set up pass from striker. Striker spins away to create the through ball for the player in the box who's stretched the box and continues the passing in the box with a pass to the striker who spinned off.
3. Up Back Through Diagonal - same as above, but the THROUGH ball is a diagonal ball into the box diagonally opposite
4. Same as above: Up - Back - Through Diagonal - Back - Through
