Unified Warm-up Academy

Set Up:

Unlimited space, each player needs their own ball.

Disciption:

1. Bell: player has ball in between feet roles ball back and forth like a bell with instep of foot.

2. Drag: same as bell but player uses the bottom of foot draging ball across body atlernating feet.

3. Pull-Push Laces: pull ball back towards body with bottom of foot and tap back out with laces, alternating feet.

4. Drag-Bell-Drag: start with bell exercise then drag across body into space with bottom of foot back into a bell alternating feet and direction

5. Chop-Bell-Chop: Start with bell exercise then role out and chop back in with one foot then back into bell then roll out and chop back in with other foot.

6. Pull behind-Bell-Pull behind: Start with bell exercise then roll behind (with bottom of foot) then across with (inside of the foot) then back into bell then repeat with opposite foot, player will always face the same direction.

7. Pull behind-Bell-Pull behind with turn: Start with bell exercise then roll behind (with bottom of foot) then across with (inside of the foot) then back into bell then repeat with opposite foot, player will now change direction facing the opposite way each rep.

8. Roll heal-Bell-Roll Heal: Start with bell exercise then roll ball forward with bottom of foot with a heal back to opposite foot back into bell exercise then alternate feet.

9. Roll out-Roll in: Roll the ball out with bottom (outside part )of foot roll in with bottom (inside part) of the foot several times then alternate feet.

10. Pull- push inside foot (V pull back): Pull back towards body with the bottom of foot and push back out with inside of same foot, alternate feet
