1 Cone Drill Regular (20 mins)

Each pattern should be practiced going both directions (using the opposit foot for the same touch). Every pattern is done for 90 seconds per direction.

Patterns:

A] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Roll, 4 = Push

B] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Inside foot touch, 4 = Push (foot does not touch the ground between 2 & 3)

C] 1 = Roll, 2 = L-Move (Push up past cone after L-move if needed)

D] 1 = Roll, 2 = 2 footed outside foot V-move

E] 1 = Roll, 2 = 1 footed outside foot V-move
