Screen 1 (30 mins)

Slip players into 2 groups.

Players run from A to B to C on their own half.

Repeat the same sequence on other side.

Players complete active rest in between reps (ball work, push ups, sit ups, planks etc)

3 reps = 1 set. Complete 3 to 4 sets.
